Getting started

What does QHSE stand for?

Quality, Health, Safety, Environment. On this site, QHSE is DoHu’s modular solution for organising information and processes in these disciplines.

How do we choose the first module?

Choose the process where information is most often lost or hard to find. Bring an example to the demo; we discuss the people, records and outcome you need.

What should I prepare for the demonstration?

A real process, an approximate number of users and sites, and an anonymised record template. Do not send medical or other sensitive information through the form.

Can I import information from Excel?

We review formats and data quality, then confirm technical options for the project. Import is not presented as a universal function for every file.

How much does QHSE cost?

The proposal follows a review of modules, user and site numbers, configuration and any integrations. Requesting a demo is not an order.

Where can I find terms and legislative sources?

The QHSE library has a glossary and legislation pages for Romania and the European Union. Explanations help with research; official texts remain the reference for checking provisions.

Implementation

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the selected modules, data migration, number of sites and integrations. We start with a priority process and agree milestones, responsibilities and a timeline after reviewing your requirements.

Can QHSE connect to our ERP or other applications?

We review your existing systems, required data exchanges and available interfaces. An integration is confirmed after technical assessment and explicitly included in the proposal. ERP connectors and automated exchanges are configuration or development requirements, not guaranteed out-of-the-box features for every system.

How is company data protected?

Hosting, role-based access, logging, backups and retention requirements are documented in the implementation proposal. Employer-facing operational information is separated from clinical data. The demo clarifies available safeguards for your configuration and any additional requirements.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Start with the discipline and process that need more clarity. We scope the initial configuration and discuss later expansion across the other Q/H/S/E disciplines.

How do the modules connect?

Modules share team, partner and site registers. An audit finding or incident can create a corrective action, while a safety event can initiate training. Track the owner, deadline and evidence in the same context.

Can I see the actual application before deciding?

Yes—request a demo for the modules that interest you. Panels labelled “Interface concept” on this page use illustrative data and are not screenshots of the production application. The demo walks through features relevant to your work.

Can I start with one process?

Yes. Start with one document category and the team using it, then extend the structure to other processes and sites.

How do I track resolution of an observation?

Link it to a corrective action. Set its owner and deadline, add evidence and follow verification and closure in one workflow.

Does the platform grant ISO certification?

Certification involves a separate assessment process. QHSE supports the organisation of documents, responsibilities and evidence used by your team.

Which information do I organise here?

Fitness-for-work documents and exposure records linked to the employee, job and site. Consultations and medical decisions belong to occupational health specialists.

Link to this answer ↗
How do I control team access?

Assign roles and site access. Agree administrative responsibilities with the organisation and the specialists involved.

Can I reuse HR data?

Yes, through an import or integration configured for your data structure and available interfaces. Employees, departments and sites provide the connection.

Can I report a near miss separately from an accident?

Yes. The simplified workflow keeps the event context and necessary measures without personal data that is not needed for follow-up.

Where do I track training?

In the SSM/PSI training area. Organise plans, materials, tests and records there, while each person sees their assigned training.

Link to this answer ↗
Can I compare sites?

Records are linked to sites. Annual summaries and indicators help you follow events by type and location.

Link to this answer ↗
Can I manage multiple sites?

Yes. Waste types and operations are organised by site. Review records for the site and year you need.

How is an operator authorisation checked?

The platform uses validity dates and information from recorded documents to check eligibility. Keeping registered documents current is part of managing the records.

Can I use the data outside the platform?

Yes. PDF and Excel exports help you review records and work with your team or a consultant.
